Introduction Frozen embryo transfer is associated with a higher rate of live birth and lower risk for ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome in women polycystic ovary (PCOS) compared fresh transfer. The aim this study to assess the optimal endometrial preparation protocol PCOS undergoing frozen Material methods We conducted historical cohort analysis 1720 who underwent “freeze-all” strategy between August 2014 2017 because their high syndrome. Three protocols were used: natural cycle (NC; n = 191), which relies on dominant follicle secrete estrogen that then promotes growth; stimulation (OS; 96), induces growth using low doses human menopausal gonadotropin; hormone replacement (HRT; 1433), uses exogenous estradiol promote growth. primary outcome was birth. The Effect of Insulin Resistance on In-Vitro Fertilization-Embryo Transfer in Women without Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Purpose: Insulin resistance (IR) plays an important role in the pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS); therefore, insulin-sensitizing agents are widely used to improve IR in women with PCOS. However, whether IR in patients without PCOS should be treated remains uncertain. This study aims to clarify whether IR in patients without PCOS affects the outcomes of in-vitro fertilization-emb...
